- Authors must submit a recent, clear profile photograph.
The photograph is mandatory and will be used on the author’s profile page and publication pages. Images should be professional, front-facing, and high quality. - Authors must provide their full name, exactly as they wish it to appear publicly. Consistency with published work is strongly recommended.
- Authors must submit a short academic biography.
This bio may include academic background, institutional affiliations (current or past), research interests, major achievements, awards, fellowships, and notable contributions. There is no strict word limit, but clarity and relevance are encouraged. - Authors may include professional identifiers and profiles, such as Google Scholar, ORCID, institutional profile pages, personal academic websites, or similar authoritative sources.
Publications & Research Output (Core Requirement)
- Authors must provide only links to their publications.
Full-text files, PDFs, manuscripts, or unpublished drafts are not accepted. - Each publication must be formally published and hosted on an official source such as a journal website, publisher page, conference proceedings, or institutional repository.
- Accepted publication types include:
- Peer-reviewed journal articles
- Conference papers published in proceedings
- Books and monographs
- Book chapters in edited volumes
- Edited volumes (where the author is editor)
- Official reports or policy papers published by recognized institutions
- Informal content such as blog posts, opinion pieces, unpublished manuscripts, posters, slides, or preprints without final publication will not be indexed as publications.
Maintenance & Accuracy
- Authors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of submission.
- Authors may request updates to their profile or publication list during the active subscription period, subject to plan limits.
- The platform reserves the right to verify links, correct formatting, and standardize presentation to maintain academic consistency.
Copyright & Content Policy
- This platform does not host or distribute full-text publications.
- All rights remain with the original publishers or institutions. The platform functions solely as an index and discovery service, linking users to official sources.
- Submission of links confirms that the author has the right to publicly reference and link to the listed publications.
