Dr Padmalochan Rout

Dr.Padmalochan Rout is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at ISBM University, Chhura, Chhattisgarh. He holds a PhD in Indo-English Literature and a PhD in Odia Literature. Dr. Rout has published numerous articles in international journals and presented papers at multiple international conferences. He is an accomplished writer in both English and Odia and has received several awards and recognitions for his contributions to literature and research.
