Subscription and Billing
All services on this platform are offered on a prepaid annual subscription basis. By purchasing a plan, the researcher agrees to the scope of services, limits, and definitions outlined on the pricing page.
The subscription fee covers profile setup, publication indexing, and ongoing maintenance services for the selected plan duration.
Cancellation Policy
Researchers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us through the official contact email provided on the website.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Services will continue to be provided until that date unless otherwise requested.
Cancellation does not automatically remove the researcher’s profile or publications from the platform. If a researcher wishes to have their profile removed, they must submit a separate written request.
Refund Policy
Because the service involves manual work, time investment, and digital profile setup, refunds are not provided once the service has begun.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Early cancellation
- Failure to submit publication details after purchase
- Change of mind after onboarding
- Non-renewal at the end of the subscription term
If a payment was made in error (for example, duplicate payment), the researcher should contact us within 7 days of payment, and the issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the core service as described (for example, technical failure or internal limitations), a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
All refund decisions are final.
Changes to Pricing or Plans
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plan limits, or service scope for future subscriptions. Any changes will not affect active subscriptions and will apply only at the time of renewal.
