How This Works?
A simple guide for new researchers
Once a researcher signs up, we personally curate and set up a dedicated profile on the platform. The researcher shares their basic details such as name, affiliation, short bio, research interests, and verified links like Google Scholar or ORCID. They also provide a list of their formally published works. We then carefully create structured records for each publication, including the title, year, publisher or journal name, abstract or summary, and a direct link to the official published source. No full texts are hosted on our site; we only index metadata and link to original sources to ensure copyright compliance and long-term reliability.
After the profile is live, we continue to maintain it throughout the subscription year. When the researcher publishes a new paper, book, or chapter, they simply notify us, and we update their profile within the plan limits. We also periodically check links, keep publication details consistent, and update affiliations or bios when needed. If a researcher reaches their plan’s publication limit, they can either upgrade to a higher plan or replace older entries to make room for new ones. The goal is to provide a clean, accurate, and always up-to-date academic record, without the researcher having to manage or maintain it themselves.
